Deb Roberts

Deb managed brands and launched new products at large companies such as Quaker Oats and Coca-Cola, and at successful start-ups such as GutCheck and her own consulting practice. She completed her MBA with honors at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and her undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania with a BA from the Annenberg School of Communications and & BS from the Wharton School of Business. As a Jewish single mom by choice trier over 40, she found many roadblocks to becoming a parent. She left the marketing world to pursue her passion to help create families when she became the proud, overflowing single-mom-by-choice of an embryo-donated child. In addition to her business management and new products experience, Deb has been on the board of various non-profit organizations, including a children’s literacy program, another passion of hers. Deb is an active member of ASRM.

Joshua D. Kapfhamer, M.D., MA

Dr. Kapfhamer joined the Center for Reproductive Medicine in 2018. He has presented both locally and nationally on a number of topics including the evaluation and treatment of infertility, pediatric & adolescent gynecology, ovarian torsion, management of endometriosis, and chronic pelvic pain. His publications and research interests include cellular signaling in reproduction, optimizing IVF outcomes through single embryo transfer, ultrasound imaging in early pregnancy, and informed consent. He received the AAGL Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology Award and the Dr. John J. and Joan M. Brennan Endowed Award in Obstetrics and Gynecology. As an instructor and mentor, Dr. Kapfhamer has given back to the medical community in the areas of ethics and professionalism, laparoscopic suturing and advanced endoscopy, resident and medical student education, and child psychology.

Eve Feinberg, MD has a thriving clinical practice and is involved on a national level in the field of reproductive medicine. She is the past president for the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and an Editorial Editor the journal Fertility and Sterility. She is also the creator and co-host of Fertility and Sterility On-Air podcast. Her clinical research interests include physician burnout, oocyte vitrification for fertility preservation and racial disparity in access and outcomes of in-vitro fertilization. Dr. Feinberg is founder and president of the Chicago Coalition for Family Building, a not-for-profit that gives financial assistance to individuals and couples struggling with infertility

Gina McCain, Embryology Supervisor, has over 20 years of embryology laboratory experience at Sanford Women’s Health. Gina graduated from Augustana University with a major in Biology, with emphasis in Embryology and Comparative Anatomy, and a minor in Chemistry. Embryology is truly her passion and life work!
